If you are not sure when your paid subscription will expire or renew, you can always reference the Membership Level page of the website. Your current plan will be shown there, which you can update to your preferred setting.
To reach the Account settings page on the website, log in to your KenKen account and click on the grey "ACCOUNT" button on the top right of the page. Then select the Membership Level page on the left hand side of the screen. You will then see information describing the status of your current plan. You can select the Payment option to update your settings if you wish to change your billing preferences, adjust auto-renew or cancel your subscription.
Please note that if you subscribe to KenKen Premium on a mobile device and paid via iTunes or Google Play, your subscription is managed through their website and not ours. For this reason you will not have payment information on file with us. If you would like to check whether Auto-Renew for your KenKen subscription is turned on, follow the instructions below.
iPhone/iPad App (iTunes):
- Launch Settings
- Tap iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID
- Tap View Apple ID
- Log into your Apple account if prompted
- Tap Subscriptions, then select KenKen
- If KenKen doesn't appear, auto-renewal may already be off.

- Go to payments.google.com
- Log in if prompted
- Select Bills and accounts on the left side of the page
- Find KenKen
