If you have already purchased KenKen Premium but are still being prompted to subscribe, please confirm that you are using the correct email address to access the account that is linked to your existing subscription.
Once confirmed, then verify that your subscription is active and has not expired. Do this by accessing the Membership Level page under the Account Settings section of your user profile. Your current plan will be shown there, which you can update to your preferred setting.
*If you find you're being logged into the wrong account automatically, your browser may be automatically signing you into your unsubscribed account. To correct this, clear your stored passwords for KenKen.
**If you are not sure which account you purchased KenKen Premium under, look for an email with the subject "KenKen Confirmation." This confirmation message was sent to the email address associated with your premium account. At the center of the message it will show the email attached to your paid account.

Please note that if you subscribe to an Annual Subscription or purchase a puzzle pack on a mobile device and paid via iTunes or Google Play, your subscription and purchases are managed through their services and not ours. For this reason, you will not have payment information on file with us.
*It is important to keep in mind that the mobile KenKen App is separate from the KenKen.com website. Your account will not carry over between the two platforms if you are premium on one but not the other.
