IOS App
Most issues are resolved with a delete and reinstall of the app (see below for steps). Please make sure you have a strong wifi connection. You will not incur any charge, and your available puzzles will be reinstated. Let us know if the reinstall resolves the issue.
How to remove the application from your device and reinstall it.
1. Touch and hold any application icon on the Home Screen until the icons start to wiggle.
2. Tap the "x" in the corner of the application you want to delete.
3. Tap Delete to remove the application and all of its data from your device.
4. Press the Home button.
5. Go to the App Store.
6. Search for the application and then download it again.
Android App
As a first measure, please delete and reinstall the app (make sure you have a strong wifi connection). All your data will be preserved and you will not incur any charge.
1. Touch and hold the application icon for the app in question until the icon starts to wiggle.
2. Tap the "uninstall" button for the application you want to delete.
3. Press the Home button.
4. Go to the Play Store.
5. Search for the application and then download it again.
