I found multiple solutions to a KenKen puzzle

Each of our KenKen puzzles are generated by a proprietary computer program that we call "The Kenerator" which was developed using advanced artificial intelligence techniques.  The Kenerator generates each puzzle individually and checks every puzzle to ensure that it is unique, the totals in all the cages are correct, and that no row or column uses the same number more than once. The Kenerator also verifies that there is only one solution to each puzzle. Guaranteed!

Sometimes solvers contact us believing they have found a flaw in a puzzle but up to now -- after hundreds of millions of puzzles have been played -- no puzzle generated by the Kenerator has ever been found to have an error. We would, of course, want to know if an error DID exist in any of our puzzles so if you've checked and double checked (and triple checked) your solution and still think there's an error, feel free to contact us.  You can also pass it by a peer either in person or via our Facebook Community just to be sure.
