New puzzles are not generating

Most issues are resolved with a delete and reinstall of the app (see below for steps). Please make sure you have a strong wifi connection. You will not incur any charge, and your available puzzles will be reinstated.

How to remove the application from your device and reinstall it

Apple / iOS Device:

1. Touch and hold any application icon on the Home Screen until the icons start to wiggle.

2. Tap the "x" in the corner of the application you want to delete.

3. Tap Delete to remove the application and all of its data from your device.

4. Press the Home button.

5. Go to the App Store.

6. Search for the application and then download it again.

Android Device:

1. Touch and hold the application icon you would like to delete until the icon starts to wiggle.

 

2. Tap the "uninstall" button of the application you want to delete.

 

3. Reinstall the app from the app store (Google Play).
